Catalyx is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements definition and support the integration of IT systems, data platforms, and AI technologies in complex projects. You will work with project teams and system integrators to ensure solutions align with business needs and architecture.

The role requires significant experience in business analysis and systems integration, with familiarity in LIMS, SDMS, and ELN.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in business analysis and IT systems integration.
• Familiar with network architecture, data platforms, and lab systems (LIMS/SDMS/ELN).
• Understanding of AI/ML applications and enterprise AI integration.
• Ability to review technical specifications and interface documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in regulated or life sciences environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and document requirements for network architecture, LIMS/SDMS/ELN, the Digital Twin, AI use cases, and AI integration frameworks.
• Review system integrator deliverables including interface documents and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with IT, data, and technical stakeholders to align systems and interfaces.
• Serve as primary contact for system integrators, coordinating requirements and resolving issues.
