Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis and liaison across business, data and technology teams.
• Experience in migration projects and multi-team IT initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of data structures.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear User Stories at both high-level and technical levels.
• Support backlog management and refinement with Product Owners and dev teams.
• Work with multiple teams to ensure alignment across solutions.
• Participate in large-scale migrations and platform transformations.
• Analyze data models and relational database structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable solutions.
• Support testing activities (validation of requirements, UAT).
• Ensure high-quality documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• Contribute to solution design for web-based and distributed systems.
