Job summary

Realign Llc seeks a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams, translating requirements into actionable user stories and driving Agile delivery practices.

The role focuses on documenting requirements, refining user stories, facilitating workshops, and guiding acceptance criteria. Strong communication and techno-functional depth are essential; experience in Banking/Financial Services is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong requirement gathering, user story creation, and Agile delivery experience.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to bridge business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements.
Create and refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support story point estimation.
Break down large business requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
Facilitate discussions between business, development, QA, architecture, and product teams to ensure alignment.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and release activities.
Ensure requirements are clearly communicated and understood across all stakeholder groups.
Act as the single point of contact for requirement clarification and functional guidance.
