The purpose of this role is to enable and support project delivery through the capture and analysis of user and business needs, ensuring project outcomes are aligned with the service vision and business strategy.

Job Description:

Position Overview:

You will help ensure that our client requirements are met through the delivery of digital solutions. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), working in Agile development environments, and managing complex projects is required. You will lead the creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations. Additionally, expertise in Adobe Workfront and Creative Cloud is essential for an integrated approach to managing workflows and content delivery. This is a remote position reporting to the Business Analyst Director, with no managerial responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document complex business requirements, translating them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate communication between clients, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure successful delivery of AEM solutions.
• Provide expertise on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) best practices to maximize platform utilization.
• Collaborate with Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and daily stand-ups.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project roadblocks.
• Facilitate workshops, sprint reviews, and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and project deliverables.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including understanding of architecture, workflows, and integration capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Proficiency in writing comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Adobe Workfront and Creative Cloud platforms.
• Ability to communicate requirements effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading multiple large-scale AEM implementations or digital transformation projects.
• Skilled in facilitating requirements workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.

The annual salary range for this position is $78,000-$126,500, dependent on experience and qualifications.
