Responsibilities

Meet with customers to understand business needs and project goals.
Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes through business and systems process analysis and design.
Gather business requirements, conduct needs assessments, and develop functional specifications.
Lead customers through requirements processes using decomposition, prototyping, current-state/target-state mapping, and other techniques.
Create statements of work, business requirements documents, user stories, process flow diagrams, and project plans.
Communicate requirements to development teams through specifications, user stories, statements of work, and other documentation.
Lead test strategy, including test plans, test cases, and test execution.
Prepare training materials and provide customer and project-team training.
Manage and organize multiple projects to ensure timely completion.
Lead presales by gathering high-level requirements, writing statements of work, and facilitating estimates.
Plan, execute, and close small to medium projects when applicable.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
Coordinate and lead project teams
Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
Use HBS project tools and standards
Participate in professional communities and technology-related forums
Work across multiple industries, functional areas, and business processes
Review and update HBS standard methodologies
