Connect your passion with purpose, teaming with people who thrive on finding innovative solutions to some of healthcare’s biggest challenges. Here are the details on this position.

Your role in our mission
  • Help coordinate a business analyst team's duties and activities on IT projects and nurture newer team members by providing guidance and support.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable liaison between clients, project managers, product teams, and technical staff to define, document, communicate, and validate business requirements and expected impacts.
  • Work with clients to develop business specifications and requirements for technical projects, enhancements, and operational initiatives.
  • Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes, data flows, reporting solutions, and technology capabilities that support client objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements for new and existing requests and translate them into actionable business and technical specifications.
  • Create and maintain data mapping documentation, semantic model design documentation, business requirements, test plans, test results, and other project artifacts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on change requests and projects, including requirements gathering, impact analysis, testing, validation, implementation support, and process improvement activities.
  • Partner with product and technical teams to review system enhancements and updates, provide feedback, execute validation procedures, and confirm business requirements have been successfully met.
  • Help verify that all requirements have been met by approving and validating test results and supporting user acceptance testing activities.
  • Exercise your ability to use analytical and relational database tools, including Excel and SQL, to quantify project impacts and support data-driven decision-making.
Operational Excellence & Client Support
  • Coordinate and validate weekly semantic model builds, communicate build status to internal and external stakeholders, and support adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute operational and performance reports, including ticket metrics, user activity reporting, and other client-requested reporting deliverables.
  • Monitor, document, communicate, and assist in troubleshooting system outages, incidents, and production support activities while meeting established SLA commitments.
  • Collaborate with support and help desk teams on system access, provisioning, ticketing processes, and operational procedures.
  • Support organizational readiness efforts through training development, documentation maintenance, knowledge-sharing activities, and mentoring of new team members.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, tabletop exercises, and operational readiness initiatives to ensure business continuity and compliance with client expectations.
What we're looking for
  • 6 or more years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position, with 3 or more years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred.
  • Strong client communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable objectives and technical requirements.
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements, data mapping specifications, test plans, and validation activities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business process re-engineering skills.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills to deliver messages effectively to business leaders, clients, and technical personnel.
  • A leader who motivates others to action and communicates complex technical concepts in a clear and digestible way.
Data Warehouse & Reporting Expertise
  • Knowledge of computer programming concepts such as configuration, development, batch processing, and data integration processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, reporting solutions, and requirements management tools such as Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
  • Experience supporting data warehouse, business intelligence, reporting, semantic model, or large-scale data environments.
  • Experience supporting SLA-driven operational processes, incident management, issue resolution, and client-facing reporting.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, Medicaid, Medicare, claims, eligibility, or other highly regulated environments preferred.
