Your opportunity

New Relic is looking for an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to play an essential role in supporting our Customer Advocacy organization. As a key member of the Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations team, you will collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver ongoing support for key business initiatives, drive process and systems enhancements, gather requirements for analytics, perform data analysis, and manage ad hoc reporting to support strategic decision-making.

This is a high-impact role where your ability to deliver effective and scalable solutions, understand the interdependencies of our go-to-market systems, and provide insightful and actionable analysis will contribute significantly to the success of the Customer Advocacy team and overall business growth.

What you'll do

  • Work with key business stakeholders to understand project or reporting requirements and translate them into requirements for cross-functional teams to execute.
  • Work closely with Customer Advocacy leadership to develop ad hoc reports, presentations and visualizations to support leadership and stakeholders with real-time data and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Enterprise Systems, Enterprise Analytics, Marketing, Product, Pre/Post Sales Technical teams to develop processes to support the business needs.
  • Validate and test business solutions before launching to end users.
  • Create and deliver enablement materials and training sessions for reporting, dashboard, and process updates to the Go-To-Market audience.
  • Analyze data and draw recommendations to deliver to senior management.
  • Help create the GTM board deck, QBRs, etc. for the VP of GTMSO
  • Continuously review and refine processes to support and enhance business operations.

This role requires

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Business, Operations, Analytics, or related).
  • 6+ years of experience in business, sales or revenue operations, business processes, and data analysis
  • Strong business analysis background with ability to translate business needs/goals into requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting
  • Strong proficiency in building Powerpoint (or similar Google slides) presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and interpret business requirements
  • Must have exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills for audiences ranging from individual contributor through senior management level
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Tableau (or similar BI tools) for analytics

Bonus points if you have

  • Previous experience in observability, SaaS or IT services, with an understanding of go-to-market strategies and revenue operations.

The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
