Overview

Senior Business Analyst — Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including users to understand, document, and test requirements for greenfield and maintenance development
  • Communicate requirements and ensure they are understood and properly implemented; experience working with Message Queues
  • Facilitate the agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Assist with product backlog management
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during development and testing
  • Arrange and present design review sessions and project demonstrations
  • Train internal staff on products (e.g., new features, enhancements), services, and processes
  • Create and maintain internal documentation of products, services, and processes
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators for products and projects
  • Continuous learning within the problem domain and software product development
  • Perform software demos and create training documents
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a wide range of audiences
  • Knowledge of business process and workflow modeling techniques
  • Ability to create mockups and/or prototypes to visualize software changes
  • Experience eliciting requirements from non-technical users
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or other work management systems
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies
  • Tendency to find simple solutions for complex problems
  • Experience supporting legacy software
  • Forward thinking in designing and developing software that delights users
  • Clear and concise documentation practices

Remote: US only roles

The anticipated base salary range in the United States is $96,000 to $120,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job and industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. CareDx is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
