Pacer Group is seeking an experienced NBA Business Analyst to support the NBA/NBO MVP implementation. You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, data teams, and Azure/FICO Blaze experts to translate objectives into actionable requirements and data specs.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and defining decision strategies while coordinating with data teams to validate customer and behavioral data for API-driven integrations.

• Facilitate workshops, requirement reviews, and stakeholder sign-offs.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and decisioning requirements.
• Define eligibility rules, suppression logic, prioritization, and decision strategies.
• Collaborate with data teams to identify and validate required customer and behavioral data.
• Work with FICO Blaze and Azure teams on rule logic, APIs, and downstream integrations.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced NBA (Next Best Action) Business Analyst to support the implementation of a Next Best Action/Next Best Offer (NBA/NBO) MVP. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, FICO Blaze specialists, Azure engineering teams, QA, and data teams to translate business objectives into actionable requirements, decision rules, data specifications, KPIs, and UAT artifacts.
