Job Description: LRS Consulting Services has been delivering high-quality consultants since 1979, building a reputation for honesty, integrity, and respect. We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Analyst for our client in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities

• Join our Reporting and Analytics team within the PMO, focusing on tools like Power BI, Power Automate, and the Power Platform to support data-driven decision-making.
• Understand data sources, conduct ad-hoc analysis, create reports, and support knowledge sharing for report development and maintenance.
• Gather and analyze requirements to develop user-friendly reporting solutions, with experience in tools such as JIRA and OnePlan as an advantage.
• Present reporting options based on data analysis, leveraging Power BI and Power Platform expertise.
• Design data presentation formats for different audiences.
• Process reports within defined turnaround times, ensuring accuracy through quality checks.
• Maintain and update templates, scripts, and databases.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes and reports.
• Transform complex datasets into intuitive reports.
• Respond to ad-hoc requests related to processes, reporting, and automation.
• Collaborate across teams for accurate data gathering and timely analysis execution.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

• Ability to work independently in data processing and interpretation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Platform, JIRA, and OnePlan is advantageous.
• Familiarity with project and portfolio management environments is a plus.

The pay range is $40-$65 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are role and location-based, with individual pay influenced by skills, experience, and education.
