Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders during pre-sales and project execution
• Provide expert consultation in designing and implementing client programs, ensuring compliance with FCRA regulations and company policies
• Lead projects from concept through implementation, including planning, business analysis, requirements gathering, design, and execution
• Assess client needs, recommend solutions based on industry best practices, and identify new business opportunities
• Mentor team members and provide guidance on complex project issues

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of experience in credit/banking/lending
• Understanding of FCRA laws, regulations, and related acts
• Knowledge of systems capabilities, software platforms, and processes
• Knowledge of database management principles and PC office software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or business analysis within the data and technology services industry
• Familiarity with segmentation tools and strategies
