Pay Rate: $54 - $68 (hourly estimate)

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our client’s team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless delivery of insurance solutions to customers. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing customer requirements, supporting solution delivery, resolving issues, and maintaining stakeholder communication. The analyst will work closely with delivery teams, product managers, and clients to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Proficiency in SQL and Excel is required, along with experience in Life & Annuity insurance. Agile/Scrum knowledge is preferred. This individual will be working with 1 Delivery Lead and 1 Architect to support the client's needs. This role is fully remote but expected to travel to meet clients twice a quarter.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (CBAP, PMI-PBA certifications a plus)
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Scrum preferred)
