Job summary

MELE Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the Office of Personnel and Facility Clearances and Classification (OPFCC) for NA-74.

This full-time role is based in Albuquerque, NM and requires a DOE Q/Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. The candidate will gather and manage requirements, facilitate sprint planning, and ensure clear acceptance criteria for a cross-functional software team operating under Agile processes within a government contracting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience working on a cross functional software team. An additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for education.
• Experience working in the Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) processes and best practices.
• Superior communication, organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills.
• Strong aptitude for critical thinking.
• Current and active DOE Q Clearance/Top Secret Clearance with ability to acquire an SCI.

MELE Associates, Inc. is seeking to add an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the Office of Personnel and Facility Clearances and Classification (OPFCC), NA-74. The OPFCC is responsible for implementing all Department of Energy (DOE) personnel security and facility clearance requirements for all National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) field sites. This full-time position is contingent upon contract award.

• Facilitate process management and communications for NA-74 and other DOE users to coordinate product demonstrations, Sprint planning, work item triage, prioritization
