Job summary

Publicis Groupe’s Saatchi & Saatchi Business Affairs team is seeking a Business Affairs Manager to safeguard client budgets and manage complex union contracts (SAG-AFTRA, AFM) for branded content. You will bridge producers, accounts and talent teams, ensuring legal and financial integrity while supporting creative production across projects nationwide.

This in-person, full-time role requires at least two years of licensing experience, strong negotiation and organizational skills, and proficiency

Qualifications

At least 2 years of BA Manager and licensing experience in advertising.
Extensive knowledge of SAG-AFTRA commercials contract.
Understand social content usage specs, influencer outreach, and licensing.
Knowledge of music rights and licensing.

Responsibilities

Partner with Producers, Account, Traffic and Legal teams to execute creative vision.
Review creative materials for potential legal issues and provide viable options to minimize Agency/Client liability.
Determine and communicate all third-party rights needed for use of IP and negotiate licenses as needed.
Managing creative searches for sport and celebrity talent, music, etc.
Handle over-scale talent negotiations, execute deal memos and long form contracts.
