Job summary

Saatchi in California seeks a Business Affairs Manager to manage complex licensing, contracts, and budgets for branded content productions. You will liaise between producers, account teams, and external partners, ensuring legal and financial integrity while safeguarding client budgets.

The role requires a proactive team player with strong negotiation skills and experience in SAG-AFTRA contracts, music rights, and influencer collaborations. On-site 4+ days per week in a fast-paced agency.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years prior BA Manager and licensing experience in advertising.
• Extensive knowledge of SAG-AFTRA commercials contract.
• Understanding of social content usage specs, influencer outreach, negotiating deal points.
• Understanding of music rights, negotiation and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Producers, Account, Traffic and Legal teams to execute creative vision.
• Review materials for potential legal issues and minimize liability.
• Determine third-party rights and negotiate licenses for IP use.
• Manage talent searches and negotiations; oversee production estimates and budgets.
• Process vendor invoices and support budget monitoring and closing jobs.
