Job summary

ENFRA seeks a highly skilled IS Technical Services Building Systems Analyst III to join our team. With an engineering background, you will evaluate, verify, and optimize building systems on site or remotely, delivering energy conservation and commissioning outcomes.

You will lead surveys, develop tests in CxAlloy, document findings, mentor staff, and collaborate across construction management, facilities, and engineers to meet project targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of commissioning or related field experience with mechanical, electrical, building automation systems, programming, or building operation management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to safety.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Competency with Cloud Based commissioning software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per Company policies and safety guidelines.
• Document, collaborate, and communicate with project delivery team.
• Lead site surveys and due diligence for RCx and Cx scopes.
• Develop and QC pre‑functional checklists and tests in CxAlloy.
• Develop technical reports and project observations for progress tracking.
• Oversee and execute functional performance tests for construction scope.
