Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Replace HVAC filters and lamps.
• Perform repairs on fixed furniture and building components.
• Assist with tasks across trades (Carpentry/Sheetmetal/Electrical/Plumbing).
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Update equipment documentation, drawings, and shop logs as needed.
• Respond to maintenance requests and support after-hours emergencies when needed.
