Job summary

UC Riverside is seeking a Sr. Building Maintenance Worker on the Main Campus to perform semi-skilled and planned maintenance tasks across several trades, from HVAC filters to lighting and concrete work.

The role reports to the Facilities Maintenance Service Supervisor and requires the ability to support after-hours emergency repairs. This full-time position emphasizes teamwork within a maintenance crew, adherence to safety guidelines, and flexibility to handle varied tasks as assigned on a 4/10

Qualifications

• Applicants must have current work authorization for UCR staff positions.
• Ability to perform semi-skilled and planned maintenance tasks across multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Replace HVAC filters and lamps, perform repairs on fixed furniture.
• Assist with breaking/removal of concrete and asphalt, and other duties as assigned.
• Support other trades in Maintenance Services and respond to after-hours emergency requests.
