Job summary

Madrid CFTL is looking for a Senior Consultant specializing in Building Forensics based in Clearwater, Florida. This role involves conducting forensic investigations into structural failures and preparing comprehensive reports. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field and hold an active Florida PE license or be able to obtain one shortly after hire.

The position offers a hybrid or remote work model, with an emphasis on technical analysis and project management, allowing you to make a significant impact in the restoration and strengthening of structures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in forensic engineering or related fields.
• Active Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain it.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Central and West Florida.

Responsibilities

• Conduct forensic investigations involving structural failures and construction defects.
• Prepare detailed technical reports documenting findings and recommendations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and schedules.
