The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience, be licensed, and proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Benefits include a competitive salary range of $120k to $180k, 30 days PTO, and employer-paid health coverage.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of building envelope consulting experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) required.
• Strong ability in project management and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project managers and ensuring project execution.
• Lead investigative surveys of building envelope systems.
• Manage construction phases and provide technical specifications.
