Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) certifications preferred.
• OSHA 10/30 certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems and waterproofing.

Responsibilities

• Perform building envelope assessments and condition evaluations.
• Develop construction documents and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and field investigations.
• Coordinate with project teams throughout execution.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff.
