Job summary

Intertek is seeking a Building Enclosure Consultant / Senior Project Manager to lead projects in Minneapolis, MN (Fridley). You will manage teams, mentor staff, develop client relationships, and guide technical deliverables across new and retrofit projects.

The role emphasizes project leadership, technical depth in enclosure systems, and growth of the local BSS team while traveling up to 25%. A Bachelor’s in a related field or 10+ years of enclosure experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Architectural Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of Building Enclosure consulting experience in lieu of degree accepted.
• Strong technical understanding of building enclosure systems and construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead building enclosure commissioning projects and train staff in BECx processes.
• Provide consulting, commissioning, and design/construction phase services for new buildings.
• Perform enclosure investigations and remedial designs for existing buildings.
