Job summary

Terracon in Phoenix seeks a senior engineer/architect/construction professional to join our Building Enclosure consulting practice. You will lead field investigations, analyses, design development, and reports, coordinating with office leaders and national specialists to deliver services across markets.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in building enclosure, PE or NCARB, and credentials like CEM/Cx/RRC; must have a valid driver's license and strong communication and client development skills to

Qualifications

10+ years in building enclosure consulting, including condition assessments and remedial design.
PE or NCARB Registered Architect (RA) required.
Credentials such as CEM, Cx, RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC are a plus.
BS degrees in Engineering or Architecture are required; Building Science is a plus.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable history.

Responsibilities

Lead safety efforts for the team and ensure safe work practices.
Provide leadership in building enclosure projects and client engagement.
Review construction documents and ensure compliance with plans and specs.
Develop scope, proposals, and manage project budgets and schedules.
Mentor junior staff and coordinate with local and national teams.
Perform/building diagnostics, assessments, and remedial design tasks.
