Kiewit Architectural & Engineering (KAE) is seeking an experienced Architectural/Engineering Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary building projects. You will manage full lifecycle design efforts—from concept through construction support—while guiding teams of engineers, architects, and specialists in fast-paced, client-driven environments.

The role covers Federal & Government, Nuclear, Healthcare, Mission Critical, Sports Facilities & Stadiums, Transit & Aviation,

Competenze

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, Structural Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and design of building systems with progressive leadership.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience on Federal/Government, Healthcare, Nuclear, Mission Critical, Sports, Transit, Education, or Industrial projects.

Mansioni

• Lead multi-disciplinary design teams on complex building projects across phases from concept to construction support.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide leadership on building systems integration and ensure code/regulatory compliance.
• Mentor staff and collaborate with construction teams for design-build excellence.
• Support pursuit efforts including proposals, scope, and fee development.
