Kiewit Architectural & Engineering (KAE) seeks an experienced Architectural/Engineering Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary building projects across Federal, Nuclear, Healthcare, Education, and other sectors. You will oversee design from concept through construction, coordinating engineers, architects and specialists to meet aggressive timelines and client expectations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture/engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and design of building systems with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering and architecture teams.
• Experience in sectors such as Mission Critical, Sports & Entertainment, Transit & Aviation, Education, Nuclear, Power.

• Lead multi-disciplinary design teams (mechanical, electrical, structural, architecture, civil, and specialty disciplines) on complex building projects.
• Manage projects through all phases: conceptual, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction support.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Ensure projects meet technical, quality, safety, constructability, and client expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and institutional owners.
• Provide leadership on building systems integration and coordinate across engineering and architecture disciplines.
• Drive innovative design solutions to improve efficiency, sustainability, and constructability.
