WSP USA seeks a Commissioning Agent for our Dallas, TX office to lead building systems commissioning activities across complex projects. You will analyze site data, plan and perform testing, and ensure system readiness from construction through occupancy.

The role requires a BS in engineering, 5–10 years in commissioning, and strong HVAC knowledge with excellent communication and teamwork skills. On-site work in Dallas with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical or Architectural Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of post-education experience in commissioning.
• Knowledge of building commissioning principles and processes.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC and building systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work schedules beyond the typical workweek.

Responsabilités

• Collect and analyze data from construction phases for energy auditing and commissioning.
• Conduct testing and readiness plans for building systems.
• Prepare reports, checklists, and cost estimates with stakeholders.
• Verify site characteristics and provide technical assistance on design and retro commissioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project work.
• Create tables, charts, and drawings for data interpretation.
• Support development of small to medium commissioning projects.
• Assist in health and safety plan development.
