Castelion is seeking a Principal Build Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability of flight components and assemblies. You will evaluate product and process output data to drive improvements in manufacturing quality and actively represent quality objectives in design and development teams.

The role involves design for manufacture, participating in PDR/CDR, developing inspection plans, leading root cause investigations, and driving process improvements while ensuring QMS alignment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in aerospace/ manufacturing/ materials/ mechanical engineering or physics.
• Minimum 5+ years in a quality, manufacturing, or design engineering role.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate product and process output data to drive quality improvements.
• Design for Manufacture and participate in PDR/CDR to ensure DFQ/DFM and appropriate testing methods.
• Lead inspection planning for new products and develop measurement methods.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions, with documentation.
