The University of Kansas Medical Center seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to deliver robust analysis of budgets, forecasts, and planning, guiding short- and long-term financial strategies. You will lead institutional-wide budget reporting and multi-year projections for key stakeholders.

You will manage budget analysis for complex areas, build models, and supply timely reports to internal and external partners, driving continuous improvement in budgeting processes and policy adherence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, business, or related field.
• Five years' experience in financial budget, planning, analysis and/or accounting.
• Five years' experience in reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with budgeting and ERP systems; large, complex organizational settings.
• Three years' experience in variation analysis and reconciliation.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, strategize, develop and implement best practices within the financial planning system.
• Forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for institutional-wide budgets and forecasts.
• Support multi-year planning and commitments process.
• Provide timely queries and reports to support area goals and objectives.
