Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in management and execution of DoD budgets.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or financial area.
• Experience with Navy ERP, PBIS, and STARS is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee budget planning and processes.
• Review and approve individual/team budget requests.
• Allocate funds to different functions, projects, individuals, etc.
• Optimize budgets based on spend data and performance.
