• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or a closely related field.
• Three (3) years of full-time experience in advanced budget preparation, budget analysis, or related experience; Senior requires five (5) years.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and preparing the agency’s operating budget and related financial reports.
• Develop monitoring tools and financial analysis reports; oversee certain accounting systems (e.g., USAS, ABEST).
• Analyze budget variances and trends; provide guidance to leadership on budget decisions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgetary reports for internal use and Board of Trustee reporting.
• Coordinate the reporting of quarterly and annual performance measures and expenditures.
• Provide training and guidance on budget processes to staff.
