Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in finance or cost estimation, or 5 years with the NRO.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
• Knowledge of IC budgetary principles and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs with generating cost estimates.
• Develop budget justification products including Congressional Budget Justification Book text.
• Track financial metrics against approved budgets and execution plans.
