Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in BSA/AML and Sanctions compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. BSA/AML regulations and OFAC requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive programs forward.

• Support the BSA Officer in developing a comprehensive BSA/AML compliance program.
• Oversee transaction monitoring, investigations, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the BSA/AML and OFAC risk assessment process.
