Brooksource is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst and Testing Lead for a remote contract role supporting an Agentic AI contact center program. You will own requirements gathering, test strategy, and UAT across cross-functional teams including Product, Architecture, Fraud, and AI vendors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of BSA/QA leadership, deep data platform skills, and experience with Genesys Cloud and conversational AI testing. Banking/fraud domain familiarity is a plus.

Competenze

• 5+ years BSA/QA lead experience
• Proficient with Snowflake, SQL, ETL
• Proficient with Tableau, Excel, Power BI
• Knowledge of contact center tech (Genesys, IVR)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organization and execution
• Professional presence with leadership credibility
• Experience with conversational AI/LLM testing
• Experience with Genesys Cloud and voice testing
• Familiar with ServiceNow or fraud domain

Mansioni

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
• Document user stories, acceptance criteria and flows
• Develop and execute test strategies for AI agents and contact centers
• Log, triage, and track defects with vendors
• Coordinate UAT, runbook creation, and production validation
