Experis is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive governance for open-source software and SBOM across a major financial institution. You will lead policy development, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, shaping controls and adoption in a complex enterprise.

This role emphasizes governance, risk, and process definition, with technical implementation handled by Cybersecurity and Tech teams. Strong collaboration and documentation skills are essential.

Formación

• 7+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, Governance/ Risk Analyst, or related role.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services or large institution environments.
• Strong governance, policy development, controls, and regulatory compliance background.
• Experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and governance requirements.
• Ability to collaborate across Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk, Legal, and Compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain enterprise FOSS and SBOM governance policies and controls.
• Establish SBOM generation, collection, validation, storage, and consumption processes.
• Document business requirements for FOSS/SBOM governance initiatives.
• Define licensing, security, risk, and compliance requirements for OSS.
• Set roles, approvals, and exception/risk acceptance workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.
• Integrate governance requirements into SDLC, DevSecOps, procurement, and third-party risk.
• Create governance metrics, KPIs, and executive dashboards.
• Lead workshops and governance forums to drive consensus.
