The Banco do Brasil Americas is seeking a BSA High Risk Review Team Lead in Miami, FL to guide a team of Sr. Analysts in reviewing high-risk customer accounts and complex investigations. You will ensure thorough investigations, timely reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards.

You will partner with Compliance, AML, Sanctions, Legal, Risk and Operations, while coaching staff and improving processes to mitigate financial crime risk. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in BSA/AML compliance.
• Experience leading high-risk investigations and due diligence.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and SAR reporting familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team of Sr. Analysts on high-risk reviews.
• Oversee EDD, high-risk reviews, and escalated investigations.
• Ensure timely, well-documented investigations with proper evidence.
