Job summary

Daystar Television Network is seeking a Senior Broadcast Network Engineer to architect and sustain the company’s global live broadcasting platform. You will own the Red (Broadcast) and Blue (Production) zones, guiding RF and Studio Engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted streams and broadcasts.

You should bring 7–10 years of senior experience in high-availability environments, expertise in Fortinet, Juniper, Arista, and cloud-integrated workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7–10 years of senior-level experience in high-availability environments (Broadcast or Telecom experience is a plus).
• Strong command of Fortinet Firewall Management and switching technologies.

Responsibilities

• Architect & Innovate: Design Spine-Leaf architectures and VLAN/VRF segregation for broadcast traffic.
• Security Orchestration: Harden perimeter using Fortinet Firewalls and identity protection.
• Broadcast Fabric Management: Configure and optimize Juniper SRX/EX and Arista environments for high-throughput video.
• Deployment & Physical Mastery: Build networks with VPNs, QoS, and load balancers.
