Job summary

Native Network is seeking a Senior Broadband Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design and delivery of fiber, wireless, and hybrid networks serving Tribal Nations and rural communities. You will guide technical strategy and work with project managers, contractors, and leadership to achieve successful project outcomes and lasting community impact.

Based in Wenatchee, WA, the role starts in-person for 90 days with potential hybrid flexibility after onboarding; travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (ABET preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive engineering experience with outside plant fiber design.
• Ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review broadband infrastructure designs and technical solutions.
• Support feasibility analysis, technology selection, network planning, and design reviews.
• Lead end-to-end network design for middle-mile and last-mile fiber projects, including route planning and BOMs.
• Develop OSP/ISP designs using ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and Visio; produce engineering design packages.
• Collaborate with project managers, customers, contractors, and Tribal stakeholders throughout project delivery.
