Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Senior Briefing Specialist to deliver world-class customer, executive, partner, analyst, and sales engagement experiences within our Commerce Innovation Studio (CIS) and Executive Briefing Center (EBC). This highly visible role combines customer engagement, technology demonstrations, business storytelling, event execution, and operational excellence to create memorable experiences that showcase Toshiba's innovative retail technology portfolio.
Working closely with sales, marketing, product management, solution architects, software developers, hardware specialists, and innovation leaders, the Senior Briefing Specialist develops a deep understanding of Toshiba's retail ecosystem and translates complex technologies into compelling business value stories. The individual serves as a trusted ambassador of the Toshiba brand, ensuring every briefing, demonstration, and hosted event delivers meaningful business outcomes and strengthens customer relationships.

This role directly contributes to Toshiba's ability to build stronger customer relationships, enhance brand perception, and increase customer engagement through strategic executive briefing experiences and hosted events.
