Job summary

Required is a ABET-accredited Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years of project management experience, a PE license, and strong communication/presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 10+ years of experience in civil/project management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers from concept to completion.
• Define scope, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and manage risks.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and quality plans.
• Coordinate subconsultants and track progress.
• Prepare progress reports and review invoices.
• Support marketing processes including proposals and interviews.
• Coach team through one-on-one meetings and reviews.
