The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in bridge design, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D, Power InRoads, and OpenRoads Designer. Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant bridge design experience.
• Knowledge of state DOT standards is a plus.
• Must be able to work independently with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design for large, multi-structure transportation projects.

• Train and mentor junior CAD staff.
