Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Senior Stylist in Lone Tree, CO to join our vibrant wedding brand. You will be the right-hand to the Store Leader, mentoring stylists and delivering unforgettable guest experiences for brides.

You will plan events, train on styling, and contribute to visual merchandising while growing brand awareness and appointments. 18+ and ability to work evenings/weekends required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience in an elevated service environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bride's advocate, delivering unique, one-of-a-kind guest experiences.
• Champion product knowledge & styling training to drive sales through conversion and AOV.
• Deliver innovative ideas to grow brand awareness and generate appointments.
• Leverage product knowledge to create a beautiful guest environment via visual merchandising.
• Mentor and motivate a team of stylists, serving as the culture cheerleader.
• Support Store Leader with recruitment, community outreach and operations.
