Job summary

KeyCorp is seeking a Lead BRC Risk Advisor to drive risk identification, measurement and management across assigned lines of business. You will develop sustainable controls, advise on risk programs, and mentor juniors while coordinating with corporate risk partners to standardize practices enterprise-wide.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of risk experience, with a hybrid work setup and potential for incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)
• 5+ years of relevant experience (required)
• Extensive experience with risk management concepts, controls, and regulatory considerations
• Experience with risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) and internal controls programs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in the quarterly risk profile: collect information, draft content, identify key topics.
• Develop and implement risk/control self-assessments and related profiles.
• Lead enterprise risk mitigation projects and business continuity activities.
• Assist with testing, remediation, and escalation of risks outside appetite.
• Support internal audits and regulatory exam prep with timely action.
• Build relationships with risk management and business leaders across the enterprise.
