Job summary

Atomicdust in St. Louis is seeking a Senior Designer to connect brand strategy with intuitive, high-quality digital experiences. This onsite role leads branding and web design, producing high-fidelity concepts in Figma and collaborating with developers to launch WordPress sites.

You’ll work with writers, account managers, and clients, translating complex ideas into clear visuals. Expect to manage multiple projects, defend design choices, and adapt as plans evolve in a fast-paced agency

Qualifications

• Four+ years designing brand identities and web experiences that shipped.
• Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma; comfortable with Elementor or Kadence.
• Deep understanding of UX best practices, accessibility and responsive design.
• Awareness of web capabilities and practical workarounds.
• Strong typography with an eye for motion, photography and art direction.
• Low-ego, collaborative, with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead branding and web-design projects covering UX + UI from kickoff through hand-off.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly through visual design and verbal explanation.
• Partner with writers, developers, account managers, and clients to align on goals and deliverables.
• Create web-friendly prototypes that translate design intent for developers.
• Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Present and defend design decisions to teams and clients with confidence and humility.
• Take direction, ask questions and adapt when plans change.
