Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Sr. Brand Manager - Video Production to lead the company’s video strategy from concept to final delivery.

You will guide both internal teams and external partners to produce world-class content that strengthens brand equity across channels. The role requires overseeing studio and field production, maintaining brand standards, and driving innovation in workflows and technology while collaborating with product, marketing, and training teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in video production, content creation, and marketing communications.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating cinematic storytelling and branded content.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, planning, and execution of Milwaukee Tool's video production strategy.
• Create compelling storytelling for product launches, campaigns, and training.
• Oversee production in studio and field environments with cross-functional partners.
• Provide creative leadership across all production phases and ensure brand standards.
• Manage internal and external production resources and vendors.
• Evaluate new production tech and workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
• Oversee studio operations, equipment, and distribution readiness.
• Analyze performance data to improve future content effectiveness.
