Job summary

Lippincott is seeking a senior strategist to shape and lead brand opportunities anchored in business strategy and customer insight. You will guide project workplans, mentor junior team members, and act as the primary client contact to deliver recommendations reflecting Lippincott's point of view.

You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, build relationships for new business, and conduct leadership interviews to inform strategy. A strong track record in brand and business strategy is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-time experience in strategy consulting or a consulting environment.
• MBA welcome but not necessary.
• Track record of building, motivating, and leading teams.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects autonomously.
• Excellent presentation and writing skills, with the ability to communicate from the C-suite to entry level.
• Ability to connect business understanding, brand implications, and creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Shape and oversee the development of brand opportunities grounded in business strategy, competitive dynamics, and customer insight.
• Structure project workplans and guide team workflow, while developing junior team members.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and delivering recommendations.
• Build client relationships and contribute to new business development.
• Conduct in-depth interviews with client leadership and other stakeholders.
• Manage case team resources - talent, intellectual capital, and budget.
• Draw on Lippincott's broader expertise and frameworks to solve multi-disciplinary challenges.
• Develop presentation storylines and frameworks, and play a leading role in delivering them.
• Oversee analysis of quantitative and qualitative research, partnering with analytics specialists as needed.
