Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong technical background with ability to learn software quickly.
• Ability to assess and resolve complex issues with sound judgment.
• Excellent communication, customer focus, and organizational skills.
• Verbal and written interpersonal skills for customers.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Boating experience and knowledge of fiberglass boats.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com, OBMS and Compass environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical and service support to dealers, consumers, and internal partners.
• Serve as technical knowledge expert for assigned products and systems.
• Independently handle dealer warranty and parts inquiries.
• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance dealer service support within BBG.
• Document interactions and decisions in Salesforce CRM.
• Cross-train and provide oversight for multiple BBG brands.
• Manage warranty compliance for open campaigns and recalls.
• Analyze trends and identify product improvement opportunities.
• Approve pre-authorization and payment of warranty claims.
• Collaborate with quality teams to address reliability trends.
