Qualifications

• 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent or higher.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Brand Protection escalations and lead deep-dive investigations.
• Own ad hoc initiatives and cross-functional projects addressing emerging risks and gaps.
• Design and optimize workflows across case resolution, reporting, and process improvements.
• Partner with internal legal teams and policy owners to interpret laws and policies.
• Define risk strategy and manage cross-functional risk programs and align stakeholders.
• Shape long-term risk-related business and tech decisions with stakeholders.
• Develop playbooks and frameworks for risk mitigation and incident response.
• Write clear narratives and present to directors and VPs.
