Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is seeking a Senior Account Executive in Brand Consulting to lead strategy development, planning, and partnership management for marquee sports and entertainment collaborations with a focus on the Hispanic market.

The role involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, and external partners to deliver high-impact programs across music, soccer, college sports, and baseball landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field required.
• 2–4+ years of experience in sports & entertainment consulting, agency, property or brand preferred.
• Excellent client servicing and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage day-to-day execution of property-specific programs and assets.
• Develop integrated marketing and sponsorship activation plans across digital, social, PR, retail channels.
• Assist with talent deal recommendations, negotiation and management.
• Provide day-to-day account team support and build relationships with client contacts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to meet project goals and timelines.
• Maintain project trackers and ensure on-schedule deliverables.
