Job summary

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in creative or production operations, or a related function, at senior manager level or equivalent.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive organizational change.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize operating models, workflows, and processes to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to understand needs, workflows, pain points, and opportunities to improve Brand engagement.
• Define and communicate how/when teams should engage Brand and the types of support Brand provides.
• Develop and maintain RACI, decision rights, engagement models, and ways of working with key business partners.
• Create roadshows, playbooks, onboarding, and enablement to help teams understand and work with Brand.
