Job summary

Blueland is seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager in the United States to shape and drive brand initiatives, campaigns, and partnerships. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strategic thinking and exceptional execution across Creative, Growth, Social, PR, and Product teams.

You’ll manage campaigns from idea to launch, build scalable processes, and leverage creative storytelling to reach broader audiences while aligning with Blueland’s mission.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in brand or consumer marketing or related fields.
• Exceptional strategic and structured thinking.
• Ability to own complex projects from ambiguity to execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Shape brand strategy and cross-channel storytelling for launches and campaigns.
• Lead hero campaigns, partnerships, and creator initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional projects with clear ownership and timelines.
• Build scalable processes and tools for the Brand team.
